We'll be having a round table (really, zoom) discussion about any rental real estate topics. This meeting is a great opportunity for attendees to learn from each other's experiences. Bring your questions about filing notices to quit with the state, tenant nonpayment, rental forms, or best practices in general. We will be discussing current events, COVID-19, and the $1 billion in rental assistance now available in Massachusetts.
Attendees are welcome to share their own experiences, warnings, pearls of wisdom, and more. Participation is not required, you're welcome to come and just listen.
This event will be moderated by volunteers and/or staff with significant and compliant rental experience.

The networking portion of this meeting will be hosted by Patrick Sullivan. Patrick has been an avid landlord since 2007 primarily focusing on multi families in the greater Worcester area. Having worked in high level IT his whole life he looks at things from a different perspective which he applies to real estate. He became a Real Estate agent in 2015 and now primarily focuses on Sober living facilities for people recently out of drug and alcohol treatment centers.
