Dues Increase: Last Chance for Grandfathered Pricing

This training reviews the dues increase scheduled implemented on November 15. Existing and renewing members will be given instructions on grandfathering in their current dues price.

MassLandlords membership now comes with 14 valuable benefits. We're helping so much we'll be increasing dues to make more resources available for our mission, especially improving the laws. On November 15, we switched from dues "per person" to "per unit owned and managed." All 2,360 members were eligible to be grandfathered into the old pricing:

Old pricing available before November 15: ~$100 per year.

If you are not on credit card autorenew by Nov 15: ~$225 per year + up to $6 per unit.

This was the first dues change since we restructured. The new schedule has been set by the Board of Directors. A hardship waiver is available if dues are unaffordable. Members on autorenew will be grandfathered in indefinitely provided autorenew succeeds each rebill.
