What do you do when a tenant with a therapy dog applies for your "no pets" apartment? The answer is to try to verify their disability.
Earlier this month we sent out a notice about this new form available on our site. It can be handed to a tenant during the application stage as soon as you hear a request to go out of your way. It applies to handicapped shower handles, visual doorbells, emotional support animals, and a whole class of other potential requests.
Non-members can read some general guidance on our site, and members can use the same page to download the actual form.
Members can download everything from rental applications to notices to quit. The verification of disability form brings the total number of forms to 36!
