Real Estate is my PASSION!  If it’s about Real Estate, I’m interested.  I am a licensed Realtor® and Real Estate Appraiser, a flipper, a landlord, and a real estate investor myself. I  also am the owner-broker of a commercial and residential Real Estate Brokerage FINE PROPERTIES INC.  That is why when I say I want to help clients achieve their goals, I really mean it.  I think about real estate while driving, relaxing, working, and playing. Justine is dedicated to helping clients increase their wealth through both commercial and residential acquisitions to their portfolios.

• She has a degree from Boston College in Geology/Geophysics and is a licensed Professional Geologist
• MBA (from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).

• She has extensive experience at many large construction projects in New England. She was the Construction Quality Control Program Manager for the Army Corp of Engineers, PACDIV Navy, and the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE). She has performed 21E’s and Hazardous Waste Cleanup for over 75 sites and is familiar with all phases of Environmental Investigation and Remediation.
• She also has managed Peer to Peer Mentoring Program for the Air Force at Massachusetts Military Reservation in support of the cleanup of hazardous wastes and property restoration.
• Justine has owned a property management and investment company for 18 years and is a real estate investor, owning a certified Woman-Owned Business (AFI), a residential redevelopment company. She is a Landlord and a member of Mass Landlords.net and has been involved in multiple residential redevelopment projects throughout New England.
