We started with the usual business update. It was a packed night! Spectrum Health Systems presented about the opioid epidemic, then we had some landlord perspectives on security. Rich Merlino gave a very funny presentation, and then RJ Horwitz called in to talk about how security cameras "totally eliminated" tenants riding elevators naked and urinating in the halls (!). Chris Yacino of Eaglestar Security gave the final presentation, a brilliantly focused and relevant presentation with actionable insight on multifamily security.
