MassLandlords, Inc. used the data you entered to create an estimate of collections statewide. We were able to use the survey to show not only unpaid rent, but also how many may be keeping units vacant for fear of getting a renter that cannot be evicted.

Submissions were not disclosed except in aggregate. Use of data you entered was subject to our Privacy Policy. Emails entered were for follow-up purposes only and were not automatically added to our mailing list.

We proposed that a Fair and Equal Housing Guarantee via Surety Bonds could fully cover the unpaid rent without stressing state budget.
