MetroWest Property Owners Association Marlborough Dinner Meeting Tue Nov 10th, 5:30 pm: Behind the Scenes on How MassLandlords Plans to Grow

Our guest speaker will be Kimberly Rau, MassLandlords Marketing Manager.Kim is the manager of marketing and public relations, as well as a writer, journalist and editor for the entire MassLandlords Association.
She is leading the efforts to grow MassLandlords with paid advertising to attract landlords, support for projects like the rent control ballot and other campaigns to address the seemingly anti-landlord MA legislature. She writes for the Monthly Newsletter and weekly updates. She's leading efforts for Google reviews and our "three part article" process.
The presentation will cover past and current advertising and outreach campaigns, how we are addressing issues such as AI, and the ways we are connecting with existing members and attracting new landlords. Kim is also looking for our feedback on what is creating interest for you and other landlords you know. What of the materials generated capture your interest or attention? This will be an opportunity for those of us attending to have some direct input on How We Can Grow MassLandlords. Q&A session to follow.
