LaBrec Property Management is a full service property management company that strives to take care of your property like their own.
Nathan grew up in Oxford, MA and eventually moved to Dudley. He spent his youth assisting his dad on his real estate journey trying to help him in any way he could by handing him tools or just going to look for the next deal.
He went to Wilbraham Monson Academy for high school, and then to Nichols College. He found his first real estate deal, a 2 family in CT. After a couple years of pondering where he wanted to go from there he decided that the one thing he enjoyed doing and could turn into something was helping other landlords manage their rental property . Which brings him to where he is today.
This meeting will be also available on Zoom. All SWCLA members whose dues are up to date will be sent an email on the day of the meeting with the Zoom details.
