Following the roll-out of price per unit dues on December 29, 2021, it is not possible to sign up for a new RHABC membership until RHABC approve the proposed service contract. All existing members on autorenew will autorenew as planned. This limitation applies to new members only.

The Rental Housing Association of Berkshire County (RHABC) serves north, central, and south county. The number of units a landlord owns is not a factor in the association. Typically, we own anywhere from 1 to 100 apartments. The organization is run by member volunteers who donate their time to support your rights. Additional volunteers are always welcomed.
