   Landlord rights continue to be diminished. Landlords work hard to upkeep, manage and maintain their buildings and should have the right to sell when and to whom they wish. If a renter is a viable candidate, they should go through the process like everyone else to obtain a property and have an advantage over others in getting ownership. Please reconsider this bill as it is not fair to the landlords in a fair market.
