   Does the landlord have to abide by the 20-mile radius rule for storing a tenant’s belongings or it that for only the tenant if he chooses where he wants his things brought to? Does the moving/storage company have to be in the same county as where the tenant is living? Will the sheriff question this is outside of county he is serving/removing the tenant? How long is a landlord legally obligated to store a tenant’s belongings? (I understand the obligation of the moving facility has to store it for 6 months) but what by law is for landlord’s time regarding storage obligation?
