English to Any Language: Legal Document Assistance

This document is meant to assist landlords in explaining that a document is for informational purposes only and that the English version of that document is considered the legally binding document. This is to be used to avoid any legal problems in the future. We suggest seeking out a translator to make sure that the non-English speaking party fully understands any documents they're signing.
