Did you know that many MassLandlords members don't own rental property? We have attorneys, bankers, insurance brokers, restorers, realtors, and many others who find value in supporting the association and building personal relationships with our owners and managers.

All members can attend events, join the local message board, and be listed in our service provider directory. No advertisement required!

The directory is a great feature. It allows landlords to search for your keywords and see your contact information and recommendations. For instance, a landlord searching for the word "realtor" would find all members with that keyword on their profile.

Unlike AngiesList, our service providers cater to landlords specifically. Plumbers might know about Section 8 requirements, for instance, and this is indicated. We have categories for property management, eviction movers, and much more.

Local membership also entitles you to attend local dinner meetings and networking. Landlords are much more likely to hire someone they know from meetings.

Local service providers also have the ability to monitor and comment on questions asked in the online forum/message board. This message board is email-based.

If you don't see your region, it's because we don't currently have an event there. Message us and maybe we'll tell you there's a scheduled launch in your region. You could be a founding service provider.
