Directory Information and Privacy
The service provider directory is for members only. The information cannot be seen by the general public.
To Change Information
- Email directory@masslandlords.net with the change to be made.
- Please note:
- Changes to factual information will be made in the order received.
- Changes to feedback will be moderated. For instance, you may provide a review but if the review is not well substantiated, it will not appear. You may also provide a rebuttal to negative feedback on your own profile, but the negative feedback may remain unless discredited. Feedback and rebuttals, if any, will appear side-by-side.
- We can only accept requests for changes from active members in good standing.
To Add a Directory Listing
- Log in to the site.
- Visit the "Add Directory Listing" page.
A Note on Reviews
Some directory listings may have reviews provided by MassLandlords.net members.
- Positive reviews are only accepted by verified customers.
- Negative reviews are handled in the style of the Better Business Bureau.
Negative reviews are first screened for likely legitimacy. Then service providers are contacted with the chance to reply. Service provider replies are listed alongside the negative review. MassLandlords.net reserves the right to remove directory listings for service providers who have accumulated "three strikes." A strike would be determined at MassLandlords.net's sole discretion, but generally it will be an inadequate response to a legitimate negative review.
A Note on Licensing and Insurance
If you find that a service provider listed here is not licensed and insured, please notify us immediately. We will contact that service provider to attempt to verify their status.
Our intent is to provide listings only for providers who meet the minimum standards for their trade.
