Join us for our monthly meeting, this month we will hear from investor Mike Preshman.
Mike Preshman is a real estate investor and entrepreneur focused on multifamily and commercial real estate across New England. Originally from Ukraine, he immigrated to the United States in 1991 at the age of nine. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and began his career in startups and software development before transitioning into real estate investing.
Mike first built an Airbnb and house-hacking business before scaling into multifamily acquisitions. Over time, he assembled a portfolio of more than 220 apartment units across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island — all without outside equity investors. His portfolio has primarily focused on strong cash-flowing C-class assets, with much of the management handled in-house alongside select third-party management relationships.
Today, Mike is focused on continued portfolio growth, operational excellence, and expanding further into commercial real estate in addition to multifamily investments.
He lives in Lincoln, Massachusetts with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys learning, traveling, sports, fitness, and spending time with his family and friends.
Meetings are open to the public! This meeting will NOT be available on Zoom. First-time in-person visitors can attend for $20 per person to “check us out,” with dinner included. If they decide to join, the $20 will be applied to an NWCLA membership, or sponsorship of choice, that night. Become a member and the annual dues pay for all 10 meetings a year!
