Eviction Sealing Training

This three-part video series with a set of practice questions will review the law passed Aug 6 to delete court data and cancel judgments. We will cover:

• Why advocates including Lydia Edwards are helping professional to tenants scam landlords.
• How good tenants will no longer be able to qualify on rental applications.
• What we can do to protect ourselves and help good renters.
• Exact detail about what this law really says.

Attendees will leave knowing about the biggest negative change to housing policy in the last decade. Members can vote on MassLandlords' response including potential litigation.
