Due to the forecasted storm MWPOA is changing tomorrow's meeting to ZOOM ONLY. There will be no in-person meeting on February 13th.
Doug Quattrochi, MassLandlords Executive Director, is going to step in and give an update on some of the statewide recent code changes in addition to his regular monthly business update.
The intended speaker, Ms. Pamela Wilder, Marlborough Manager of Code Enforcement, had an accident over the weekend and is no longer available to speak at the event tomorrow. She will reschedule later this season so it may be especially interesting to hear her Marlborough focus after hearing about the statewide code changes from Doug.
Please note that anyone from the public or the general MassLandlords membership who purchased a ticket for the in-person meeting will get a full refund if they don't want to attend at all or the difference if they'd like to join us for the Zoom meeting. MWPOA members pay annual dues that include no charges for meetings in-person or by Zoom but still need to register for Zoom if they wish to attend.
