MetroWest Property Owners Association joins MassLandlords.net

Marlborough, MA (May 19, 2015) – Today the MetroWest Property Owners Association (MWPOA) started a service contract with the Worcester Property Owners Association d/b/a MassLandlords.net to provide MWPOA members with services and savings. Approximately 75 landlords representing an undisclosed number of residential units will be enrolled by the end of the day.

The contract gives MWPOA members access to savings, downloadable rental forms, a high quality newsletter, and an online message board for emergency advice and support.

Doug Quattrochi, Executive Director of MassLandlords.net, said, “MWPOA fills the gap and gives MassLandlords.net 100 miles of continuous territory in the Commonwealth. Our goal of building a state-wide trade association is getting closer.”

MWPOA President Sherri Way said, "It takes a lot of work to run a volunteer landlord association. We're looking forward to getting professional support from MassLandlords.net."

MassLandlords.net is a 501(c)6 with the mission to help landlords and improve the landlord tenant laws. Both MassLandlords.net and MWPOA will remain autonomous for the time being.
MWPOA was formed in 2005.

MassLandlords.net was launched in early 2014 following the restructuring of the Worcester Property Owners Association (WPOA) in late 2013. The WPOA was founded originally in the 1940’s.
