The Northern Worcester County Landlord Association (NWCLA) had its first meeting in November 2002. Since then we have grown into a large volunteer organization serving all communities in Northern Worcester County. There are no paid directors at NWCLA. Our membership is made up of both small and large property owners who share common concerns that affect the rental housing industry, housing in general and individuals’ rights as property owners and taxpayers.
