The group that operates in Greenfield is the Landlords Business Association.  The last we heard, this group had almost 300 members on account of their oil program.  We are not yet affiliated with the LBA.

They charge dues according to how many units you manage, starting at $55/yr for 1-2 units.  You have to request a paper application.  This means you can’t get access to MassLandlords.net by joining them.
