Waltham – Reasonable Modifications and Accommodations

Attorney Garrett D. Lee of Mitcheson & Lee LLP, specializes in civil litigation and has a lot of experience in handling landlord tenant disputes. Attorney Lee educated us on how to reasonably accommodate prospective tenants who require service animals and how to reasonably modify your structure to accommodate the physically disabled. Garrett's main mission is to eliminate the panic that someone has when presented with a request for accommodation, either because of a service animal, ESA, or structural change. You don't have to say "yes."

Exterminator James Duffy will also be talking to us about controlling pests during the winter.
