Subletting
Subletting is when a tenant rents your space to a sub-tenant or sub-lessee.
A common form of subletting is Airbnb, a website where owners or tenants can rent or sublet rooms or apartments hotel-style. The City of Cambridge was one of the first (the first?) to regulate Airbnb.
