Hatcher Decision (Massachusetts)

In Rental Property Management Services v. Hatcher and a related case Kulsoon Ahmed-Kagzi v. Williams, a property manager was relieved of 93A claims but sanctioned nonetheless for the unauthorized practice of law, in particular, the filing of a summary process summons and complaint where he was neither the owner nor the lessor.
