I own 4 houses in Worcester - a 2 family on Davidson Rd (off Burncoat near Hanover Insurance) a 3 family on Plantation St., a 2 family on Rena St and a 3 family on Belmont St (all of these are walking distance to UMass Medical School).

I have done extensive renovations on all of the houses to bring them all up to code and all systems up to date.  I have used Mass Save incentives to improve the energy efficiency in all the units I've renovated.

I am fair and reasonable to deal with.  I work with my residents to come up with mutually agreeable solutions where possible.   I fix problems promptly and try to improve what I can to provide the best possible living environment for my residents.
