Real Estate is my PASSION!  If it’s about Real Estate, I’m interested.  I am a licensed Realtor®, a licensed Commercial Broker, and Real Estate Appraiser, a flipper, a landlord, and a real estate investor myself.  That is why when I say I want to help clients achieve their goals, I really mean it.  I think about real estate while driving, relaxing, working, and playing.

I am dedicated to helping clients increase their wealth through both commercial and residential acquisitions to their portfolios.  I  have an undergraduate degree from Boston College and MSM (Master of Science in Management) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). I have a certificate in Commercial Investment Analysis from MIT.  I am a licensed Professional Geologist.  I have extensive experience at many large construction projects in New England. She also has managed Peer to Peer Mentoring Program for the Air Force at Massachusetts Military Reservation in support of the cleanup of hazardous wastes and property restoration.  Justine has owned a property management and investment company for 14 years and is a real estate investor, owning a certified Woman-Owned Business (AFI), and a residential redevelopment company, Sage Real Estate Solutions, Inc.,  She is a Landlord and a member of Mass Landlords.net and has been involved in multiple residential redevelopment projects in throughout the US.  I was named 2019 Commercial Realtor of the Year by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and Realtors Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts.

If it’s Real Estate, She’s done it. And if it’s your real estate purchase or sale, she will provide professional services with gusto and enthusiasm.  I always want to present the property data and financials in a way that the investor/seller can clearly see and understand what the best decision is.  Just like I do when I sell or buy myself.
