Tamai Properties offers dignified property management and housing to it's residents. David and his wife Julie operate the day to day property management functions of the business. Growing up in Hyde Park, MA, David lived in a duplex with his 3 siblings and parents who also owned the house. He saw first hand, both the pros and cons of being a landlord. His parents were vocal about both:) Since then, he has enjoyed learning about and doing effective property management. He has also have been able to to share his experiences and known resources with others which has also been satisfying to him. David is committed to providing dignified housing options to all his tenants who he refers to as residents.

Experience:
From 2005 to 2011, David co-owned a duplex in West Newton, MA. From 2015 to present, David has owned property in Fitchburg, MA currently owning three multi-units having ten units combined. Dave attempts to be as active as possible in Masslandlords and considers himself to be a lifelong learner who enjoys helping others along the way.
