Guarantee pre-Pilot

If you rent to one of DHCD's homeless families under this program, you will get:

• MRVP to receive part of the monthly rent, and the tenant has other income to pay the rest;
• Waivers to receive full market rents;
• HomeBASE to receive first and security;
• Access to a DHCD case worker, Simon, to answer questions before you start; and
• A 24-hr returned call guarantee from a landlord adviser, Peter, to take calls during the tenancy if you run into a problem with these tenants and need advice.
