Student Housing
Students and others sometimes group together in order to rent multi-bedroom apartments and live as roommates. This arrangement can have social and financial benefits. Unfortunately, many cities impose local ordinances that restrict the number of unrelated occupants to three or four, regardless of square footage, number of bedrooms, or actual safety.
