Attorney Mark Burrell, a specialist in housing law, will speak about some of his most interesting cases in the last year that demonstrate some of the new ways landlords need to address problem tenants. Mark practices throughout the state's housing courts and always provides some great stories and ideas that help landlords be more aware of the legal pitfalls they face. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
