Eric Reenstierna Associates LLC is a Commercial Property Appraisal company with over 40 years experience in the New England marketplace. Our speaker will discuss proven strategies for how to get the best appraisal from banks for loans or losses of property values due to fires or other changes in the status of a property.  He's had a great deal of experience appraising everything from 3 families to large apartment complexes to raw land and even Fenway Park. He'll touch on his experience with the impact of rent control in the past in Massachusetts.  

For all who are members of the MWPOA (Metrowest Property Owners Association) there will be no charge. For members of other Masslandlords Groups or public there will be a $7 charge for a Zoom ticket or an $11 charge for attending in person.
