Dennis specializes in working with individuals and small companies. He has been a landlord for over 20 years, so he knows the process, the risks and the rewards. He still owns a 2 family in R.I.
Dennis will talk to us about how important it is for landlords to understand how to set up their investment property to protect themselves and maximize their investments. Dennis also serves on the Board of Directors for the Auburn Chamber of Commerce.
