This mold addendum helps communicate to your tenant what mold is and how it can become a problem. Unlike other toxic substances commonly found in houses (lead, asbestos, fiberglass), mold can reproduce itself. You therefore have to take extra care to eradicate it completely during treatment. Prevention is the best medicine.
