Moving Out Checklist
When your tenants move out, you want them to remember to do their share of the work. Remind them to clean and stop utilities, give you a forwarding address, and make plans to return all copies of the keys.
This form comes with information relevant to central Mass, where National Grid and NStar provide utilities. You will want to edit the contact information for the utilities if you're elsewhere.
