If you rent to one of DHCD's families under this program, you will get:

• MRVP to receive part of the monthly rent, and the tenant has other income to pay the rest;
• Waivers to receive full market rents;
• HomeBASE to receive first and security; and
• Access to a DHCD case worker, Simon, to answer questions before you start
