Kurtis Amaral, Partnership Coordinator, will be presenting information that can help landlords make their properties more energy efficient. Kurtis will present on different rebates and incentives available including Whole Building Incentives, Renter Incentives, and income-eligible and moderate-income incentives, which can further assist landlords in making energy efficiency improvements to their properties. HomeWorks Energy is the largest partner of the Mass Save program and has more than 15 years of experience helping homeowners, landlords, and renters navigate the Mass Save program. HomeWorks has completed more than 100,000 MA energy assessments, helping residents reduce energy use, save money, and improve the health, safety, and comfort of their residences.
