MassLandlords Prepares Testimony on Fare Free WRTA

MassLandlords prepared testimony for Worcester's February 24, 2020 hearing on whether to take the WRTA fare free. The core of the testimony is that Worcester must increase housing density before the WRTA will see increased ridership. Particularly, before asking for federal transportation funds, the city should make sure it is following state-of-the-art for affirmatively furthering fair housing, an obligation under the Fair Housing Act of 1968 as amended.
