Insect Infestation Addendum

The Bed Bug Warning Sheet gives you a shot at avoiding the exterminator, but if you must, you want to make it clear that some portion of the extermination work falls to the tenant. They're not spraying chemicals, but they do need to comply with all cleanliness and reorganization steps required by the professional. That's very important for cockroaches, mice, and bed bugs. Without help from the tenants, the problem can't be solved. It can spread to other units. If they won't comply on their own, this addendum gives you some legal footing to get help.
