Statewide Virtual Meeting Wed Jan 13: RAFT Eviction Moratorium, Copying Notices; CDC Moratorium

We will also look at whether the Congress or the CDC have extended the CDC eviction moratorium (not known at time of writing).If you have a nonpayment situation or are considering helping your renters apply for RAFT, this event will give valuable legal information.
