We are very happy to have Attorney Katharine Higgins-Shea from Lyon & Fitzpatrick join us to kick off our first meeting of the fall with a talk on Notices to Quit. When you decide to start eviction by giving a tenant notice to quit, you enter a minefield of delays and surprise costs. No one wants to deal with an eviction, but it helps to be prepared.
