MetroWest Property Owners Association Marlborough Dinner Meeting Tue May 9th: Multifamily Insurance Options and Best Practices in Today’s Market
Our May speaker will be Matt Keras, Managing Director of Keefe Insurance, a division of Deland Gibson Insurance. The property insurance industry is going through major changes and Matt will give us an update on how they will affect real estate investors with small to medium portfolios. Deland, Gibson is a Five Star Accredited, family-run, independent insurance agency, established in Massachusetts in 1900. They work hard as trusted advisors to their client base. Matt has over 20 years experience in the property insurance industry. He will highlight industry issues and changes, and he will answer questions to benefit multifamily landlords' knowledge of the current relevant issues in the property insurance world.
For all who are members of the MWPOA (Metrowest Property Owners Association) there will be no charge. For members of other Masslandlords Groups or public there will be a $7 charge for a Zoom ticket or an $11 charge for attending in person.
