Rent escrow and security deposit reform are at the forefront of our legislative agenda. Moving forward -- turning our bills into laws -- involves advocacy on the part of MassLandlords members across the Commonwealth. As part of that process we are organizing a series of policy forums where members can get together to discuss current Mass. politics, lobbying for better policy and to learn necessary skills. This is the first of a semi-annual series that we will build on.
