We'll be having a round table (really, zoom) discussion/presentation about the end of the state eviction moratorium and the start of the CDC eviction moratorium. Our speaker will be the Central Division Housing Court Clerk Magistrate Nickolas Moudios. (Note that the roundtable previously scheduled for this time slot has been replaced.)
This will be an in-depth update on the changes taking place at the housing court:
- When can I file for cause?
- How does the CDC moratorium impact filing for nonpayment?
- Will there be a new affidavit related to the CDC moratorium?
- When will my old case be heard?
- When will my new case be heard?
- What if I can't do zoom?
- How does the Governor's announcement impact mediation and diversion?
