The laws are constantly changing, so we will give you a comprehensive update on all the proposals being discussed and where they stand. We will start with the current status of emergency laws, like the eviction moratorium, and work backward from "closest to passing" to "most far off in the future". We will review the specific proposals as well as where they stand:

• Tenant opportunity to purchase act/tenant right of first refusal
• Right to counsel

• Rent cancellation
• Rent control
• Fair and Equal Housing Guarantee via Surety Bonds

This presentation will be relevant to investors making decisions, grassroots volunteers who contact Reps and Senators regularly, and anyone interested in housing policy.
